Merger Announcement

The directors of both Milne Craig and Cook & Co are delighted to announce that on 29th June 2018 agreement was reached to merge these two well known Scottish Accountancy firms.   The combined firm will have a turnover of around £7m and around 100 staff.

The merged firm offers Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, Payroll, Financial Services, Information Technology Consulting and Insolvency Services.

Staff integrated into the existing modern offices near Glasgow Airport in late summer 2018 and the Managing Director of Cook & Co, David Gordon, became a director of Milne Craig, working alongside the existing team. There were no redundancies.

The firms share similar values and the merger will result in further investment in technology, which is key in the current market place.

The merged firm, through Milne Craig, provides specialist services in Tax Planning, Financial Services, Information Technology Consulting and Insolvency whilst, through Cook & Co, there is added Tax Planning, Charity and Not for Profit.
